Czechia is a country located in the European Union.

Only recently the supreme court cancelled a requirement to be castrated to have your sex legally changed.

Generally Czechia doesn't have the most progressive laws. Same-sex marriage is not recognized, but civil unions had been recognized for a long time. It's not progressing further tho.

It is possible to have gender reassignement surgeries.

Prague is considered safe even if people are racist and transphobic. But at least they're not violent.
